The Muckleshoot Indian Tribe's Youth Development Program will be sponsoring Friday and Saturday skate sessions at El Centro Skate Rink in Federal Way, WA.
This sign up will close every Friday for the current weekend's skate sessions at 4:00 pm. If you missed the online sign up, you are able to still attend, but you must show your MIT tribal ID at the skating rink's front counter for admission sponsorship. When showing MIT tribal ID, only the individual with the MIT tribal ID will have admission sponsored. Households will only be eligible for admission sponsorship through the online. You must sign up via the Jotform before the current week's deadline of Friday at 4:00 pm.
This Jotform will allow sign ups for tribal households of up to 9 including the chaperone. Please be sure to sign up in advance prior to the current Friday at 4:00 pm.
Anyone under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult chaperone.
